1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, apply as a guide, message another user, or purchase a service. We may suspend an account when age information is inaccurate or verification cannot be completed.
2. What Love Me She Wrote provides
Love Me She Wrote facilitates paid, remote, one-to-one conversation, guided connection, and scheduled voice or live-text services with approved male guides. It does not sell dating, physical contact, sexual services, therapy, or promises of romance, exclusivity, continued access, or a particular response from another person. Tone and boundaries must be agreed by both participants.
3. Accounts and guide approval
Clients must provide accurate account and adults-only eligibility information. Guide applicants must provide accurate identity, location, payment, and profile information. A guide cannot become publicly visible or receive paid bookings until the application and required verification are approved.
4. Prices and guide compensation
Love Me She Wrote controls the approved service catalog and customer prices. Guide compensation, bonuses, fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, fraud, and conduct requirements are disclosed in the Guide Agreement before paid bookings are activated.
5. Sessions and connection passes
A Note sessions are scheduled for 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Day, Week, and Month Passes include the number of scheduled 60-minute sessions shown at purchase, plus check-ins and ongoing messaging during the guide’s posted availability. Pass messaging is not continuous, instant, or 24/7. Sessions must be scheduled during the pass period, unused sessions expire with the pass, and passes do not automatically renew unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
6. Tailored programs
Next Chapter programs begin with an intake and require confirmation of the guide, broad goals, schedule, boundaries, included services, and price before payment. Programs support conversation practice, confidence, companionship, and accountability. They do not guarantee a relationship, another person’s behavior, or a particular emotional or real-world outcome.
7. Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows
The cancellation and refund policy shown before checkout is incorporated into these Terms. Customer cancellations made at least two hours before a short session may qualify for review. Late cancellations and client no-shows are normally nonrefundable, subject to disclosed courtesy allowances and rights that cannot legally be waived. Passes, partially used services, technical failures, and guide cancellations receive an individualized review.
8. Communications and privacy
Contact information provided for service delivery may be used only for the confirmed remote service. Users may not use it to arrange in-person contact, evade payment, solicit off-platform business, or continue contact after consent is withdrawn. Recording or distributing another person’s voice, images, messages, or identifying information without clear permission is prohibited.
9. Safety and prohibited conduct
Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, nonconsensual sexual content, nudity, in-person arrangements, payment circumvention, spam, exploitation, or sharing private information is prohibited. Love Me She Wrote may preserve relevant records, review reports, restrict contact, cancel bookings, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful authorities.
10. Client and guide boundaries
A client purchases the guide’s time and the remote experience described in the booking. She does not purchase a relationship, personal access, exclusivity, physical contact, or control over another person. Either participant may immediately end an experience when a clear boundary or safety rule is violated.
11. Account termination and records
Users may request account deletion. Limited financial, safety, fraud-prevention, tax, consent, dispute, and legal records may be retained as required by law or legitimate business obligations.
12. Disclaimers
Love Me She Wrote does not guarantee compatibility, romance, a particular emotional outcome, or uninterrupted availability. Additional liability, governing-law, and dispute procedures presented at checkout apply to the extent permitted by law.
