Founder review draft

This working policy is written for the beta experience and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a public commercial launch.

Information we expect to collect

When accounts and booking activate, we expect to collect account identifiers, email address, display name, date of birth, role, time zone, booking and payment status, in-app messages, safety reports, device and security records, and information users choose to add to a profile or private connection card.

Additional guide information

Guide applicants may provide a legal name, date of birth, state, public display name, profile information, work history, notification preferences, and payout-verification status. Identity documents, Social Security information, and bank details should be collected and processed by approved payment and identity providers rather than stored directly by Love Me She Wrote.

How information is used

Information may be used to authenticate users, confirm adults-only eligibility, operate bookings and communications, process payments and guide payouts, review applications and media, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce policies, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

Information should be shared only when necessary with service providers supporting authentication, hosting, storage, payments, identity verification, notifications, security, and customer support. Guide private contact details must not be displayed publicly. Love Me She Wrote does not intend to sell personal information.

Private connection details

A client connection card must not be public or searchable. A guide may receive its service-delivery details only when attached to a paid, confirmed booking and after acknowledging that booking. Access may be removed when the booking closes, consent is withdrawn, or an account is restricted.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies may be used to keep accounts secure and remember preferences. Limited analytics may be used to understand site performance and improve the service. Where legally required, optional cookies will not be used without consent.

Messages

Messages sent through the service may be retained so participants can access the conversation and so reports can be investigated. Users should never send financial credentials, government identification, passwords, or other highly sensitive information in messages.

Retention and deletion

Account information may be retained while an account is active. Users may request deletion. Limited booking, transaction, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, consent, and safety records may be retained when legally required or reasonably necessary.

Your choices

Users may update profile information, change notification preferences, report concerns, withdraw optional consent, or request account deletion. A dedicated privacy contact will be published before the public commercial beta opens.

Security

The production service should use managed authentication, encrypted network connections, restricted server-side authorization, provider-hosted identity verification, and least-privilege access controls. No system is completely secure, and users must protect their own email accounts and devices.

Initial launch

The initial commercial service is intended for adults in the United States. This policy should be reviewed and updated before launch and before expansion to additional jurisdictions.
